These are a few of my favorite things

Raindrops on roses are great but I could do without warm woolen mittens or schnitzel with noodles. Learn more about the things that bring me joy in this blog post.

The Sound of Music is one of my favorite movies
  1. Reading. My favorite genres are biographies and non-fiction
  2. Lattes or coffee with milk. Not a fan of black coffee but I can do without most sweeteners
  3. Skiing. I actually spent kindergarten through 6th grade living in a small ski town in Colorado and learned to ski around the same time I learned how to walk.
  4. Chess. I'm not super great at it but I love to play chess.
  5. That first sip of water after a long hike
  6. Water in general. I am a water purist and a true connoisseur. r/hydrohomies - iykyk. I enjoy trying local tap water when I travel. So far, New York City takes the award for the best-tasting tap water, in my opinion.
  7. Learning new facts
  8. English Breakfast Tea
  9. Pub trivia with my friends
  10. Scuba diving (I am currently working on my rescue diver certification)
  11. Thrifting. One of my closest friends is a top 5% Ebay reseller and has taugh me a lot about reducing my personal consumption. Fashion unfortunately comprises 10% of total global carbon emissions.
  12. Cooking. I love to try out new dishes.
  13. Rock Climbing. Catch me outside. How bout that?
  14. Ice Climbing. Only gone a few times but I was immediately hooked.
  15. Sailing. If I had enough money, I would live on a sailboat fulltime for the rest of my life :)
  16. Late Nights. I do my best work at night. I've tried so hard to become a morning person but it's just not for me. Night owl chronotype for sure, even though it's sometimes a bummer.
  17. Sparking water
  18. Walking. I walk everywhere. My friends make fun of me for how often I insist on walking - even when it's massively inconvenient or raining. Whenever I am stuck on a problem or not feeling well, I go for a walk.
  19. Alberta Tech
  20. Getting ready for a meal after a long day at the beach
  21. Summer storms in Florida (but not when they turn into hurricanes)

And most importantly, building websites and marketing analytics solutions for small businesses! If you think I could help you with that, please feel free to contact me!
